We retain full details of all examinations undertaken, including patient details, referring source and examinations performed to assist us in auditing our work.

It is possible to arrange charging based on either; hours of service delivered or the quanitity of examinations performed.

Beehive Healthcare Solutions offers the same charge rate to the NHS regardless of:

number of days required
number of staff required
times of the cover required

This simplified charging mechanism provides unparalleled transparency.

We have also seperated examinations in to charging groups as below to reflect the length of study and complexity for when a per patient charging structure is in place.

Group 1 Examinations. 15 minute scans.

Carotid Screen for major stenosis >50% (if major stenosis is idenitified, a detailed scan and report is made and the case is charged as a group 2).
Aorta, post or pre operative.
Single limb, DVT scan to knee.
Single limb, Varicose vein study, deep and superficial vessles.
Single limb Vein Mapping.
Single limb Graft Surveillance.

Group 2 Examinations. 30 minute scans.

Full Carotid Scan where a major stenosis is known or identified.
Bilateral DVT Scan to knee
Bilateral Varicose Vein study, including deep and superficial vessles.
Unilateral lower limb, Arterial Scan, including Iliac's, aorta and Tibial's
Unilateral upper limb, Arterial scan, including Thoracic inlet.
Bilateral limb, Vein Mapping.
Bilateral limb Graft Surveillance.

Group 3 Examinations. 60 minute scans.

Bilateral lower limb, Arterial scan, including iliac's, aorta and tibial's
Bilateral upperlimb, Arterial scan, including Thoracic Inlet.
Combination of Group1 or Group 2 examinations on a single patient.
